Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

Welcome to SolvelyAI.net. By accessing our multimodal reasoning engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they govern your relationship with the Stellar Intelligence Lab and our “Reasoning-over-Calculation” framework.

1. Description of Service

Solvely AI provides a proprietary neural-symbolic interface designed to assist in solving complex STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) problems. This includes visual scanning (OCR), textual analysis (NLP), and symbolic computation (CAS).

2. Academic Integrity & Proper Use

The Scaffolding Principle

Solvely AI is built on the Cognitive Load Theory framework. It is intended as a Learning Scaffold to help students understand mathematical logic. Use of this tool to bypass proctored examinations or to engage in any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and contrary to the mission of the Stellar Lab.

3. Limitation of Liability & Accuracy Disclaimer

While our Validation Loop architecture achieves a 98.7% accuracy benchmark, users recognize that AI-generated content can occasionally contain errors. Solvely AI provides all solutions “as is” without warranty. Users are encouraged to verify critical derivations using the step-by-step logic provided.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the problems (photos, text, voice) you upload. However, by using the service, you grant Solvely AI a limited license to process this data through our multimodal encoders solely to provide solutions and refine our neural reasoning layers.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to Stellar Plus features is governed by the billing cycle selected (Weekly or Monthly) at the time of purchase. All payments are processed via secure 256-bit SSL encryption. Cancellations must be made via your account dashboard at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the Stellar Logic architecture.
  • Automated scraping of solved problem sets.
  • Using the REST API for commercial tutoring services without an Enterprise license.
  • Submitting content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our academic integrity policy or engage in technical abuse of our server clusters.
